Every order is packed by hand in our little North Carolina studio with lots of care (and probably a cup of coffee nearby). We're a small business, not a giant warehouse, so we truly appreciate every single order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because everything is packed by hand, processing times may occasionally be a little longer during major sales, new product launches, or the holiday season. If that happens, we'll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Estimated USPS delivery times:

• Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
• Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please remember that these are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, send us a message as soon as possible. If your package hasn't shipped yet, we'll gladly update the address.

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we're unable to reroute it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once USPS has your package, delivery is in their hands. While we can't control carrier delays, we're always happy to help if something doesn't seem right.

If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or tracking stops updating for an extended period, please reach out and we'll do everything we can to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a few photos of both the packaging and the item so we can make things right.
